Alex Shillow
Football & Basketball Director
Alex is an accomplished athletic development professional with a focus on impactful fundraising. Recently serving as Assistant Athletic Director at the University of North Texas, he increased scholarship funding by 150%. Prior roles include stops at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and Texas A&M University-Commerce. A former college football player at A&M-Commerce, Alex completed a stellar career on the field as a starting defensive back on the 2017 National Championship team, while also chairing the NCAA National Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) during this time. He holds an MBA and has received notable honors like the Allstate AFCA Good Works Team award. As part of the All State Game leadership team, Alex is responsible for overseeing growth primarily in Texas and supporting in LA, OK, and CO.
Taylor Pritchett
Volleyball Director
Taylor is a dynamic professional with a dual focus on career development and athletic coaching. As a former Career Development Coach and Admissions Advisor at Kaplan North America, she garnered high client satisfaction. In the realm of collegiate athletics, Taylor served as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at UNC Greensboro, where she managed budgets, coordinated community service initiatives, and contributed to a significant increase in camp enrollment. She also has coached club (Piedmont Volleyball Club), focusing on using data-driven insights to support the athlete training programs. Taylor holds degrees from Northwood University and Concordia University Irvine. As part of ASG leadership, Taylor oversees Florida and supports NC, SC, and MS.
Dewayne Evans
Event & Basketball Director
Dewayne joined EXACT Sports/All State Game team in 2022. He attended Oberlin College (℅ 2005) and competed as a basketball and track athlete. He later coached basketball at the college level at Grand Valley State University (2008-2010)
Lake Forest College (2010-2015), and Benedictine University (2016-2018) and appeared in three NCAA tournaments. Dwayne has developed and mentored athletes of all levels for over 15 years and developed basketball and football equipment used by players of all abilities, including the collegiate and professional levels of play with Wilson Sporting Goods. (2018-2021). He also oversees Idaho as part of ASG leadership.
Shannon Sitch
Senior Staffing Manager
Shannon Sitch joined the All State Game and EXACT Sports team in 2022 as the Senior Staffing Manager. She orchestrates college coaches attending EXACT events around the country.
Prior to joining the team, Shannon was a college soccer coach. She was most recently the head women’s soccer coach at Aurora University, a position she held for five seasons. She also coached at Carnegie Mellon University, making six NCAA Tournament appearances.
Shannon played college soccer at the University of Tampa, where she graduated with a degree in communications and a minor in graphic design.
