Because our camps have a limited capacity, we cannot offer refunds to campers who cancel for any reason (whether it be injury, illness, family emergency or otherwise). However, you may purchase a cancellation insurance policy that will allow you to receive a full refund of your camp tuition () in the event that you are unable to attend.

Please note that without exception, you will receive a transfer of your registration fee to another open camp within 12 months if you cancel without the insurance. If you purchase NQA, you will receive a cash refund to your credit card. Otherwise, for those that do not purchase NQA insurance, you will receive a reduced future credit toward camp. As EXACT incurs event costs (travel & stipends to college coaches, facility, apparel, EXACT equipment & transportation costs and all of the many associated costs it takes to organize), you will receive an 80% camp credit (when cancelling 14+ days out) or 65% camp credit (when cancelling 1-14 days out from camp). There is no credit provided to no-shows, so please notify us early.
