A Deep-Rooted Passion for the Game

Coach Mason’s love for soccer began as a player, competing at the semi-professional level for both Philadelphia Lone Star and Lehigh Valley United. He further developed his skills and understanding of the game at the collegiate level, playing for Wilmington University (Division II). His playing career laid the foundation for a future in coaching, where he has quickly become a respected mentor and strategist.

A Leader in Coaching and Development

Currently, Coach Mason serves as the Head Coach for Delaware FC and Marple Newtown High School, where he consistently develops talent and builds competitive programs. His coaching resume also includes time at FC Europa and Palumbo SC, where he helped athletes sharpen their technical skills and tactical awareness.

In addition to his team coaching roles, Coach Mason previously held the position of Soccer Director at XL Sports World in New Jersey, where he oversaw athlete development programs and helped grow the sport within the community. He is also the founder of TreyFC Personal Training, a soccer training business focused on individual player development, offering personalized coaching designed to elevate athletes’ performance.

With a U.S. Soccer National D License, Mason continues to deepen his coaching expertise and bring a professional-level standard to youth and high school soccer environments.
