CANCELLATION POLICY

The bookings EXACT makes for flights, accommodations, match tickets, academy trainings, live games, and more are nonrefundable to EXACT, so because of this, we cannot offer cancellation insurance, but rather a cancellation timeline.

You can only receive a refund at the time of cancellation if you have fully paid for your trip. If you have not fully paid for your trip at the time of cancellation, EXACT will waive the fees owed as a courtesy.
